It was lovely to have Cleaners Balham come over to clean my house. This was the first time I was hiring professional cleaners and I didn't expect them to go out of their way to do so much. I had initially called Cleaners Balham for a one off cleaning when we were moving out of the old house. But the service we received was so awesome that we decided to hire them on a regularly. I share a flat with my roommate and we decided to get a cleaner to save arguments about whose turn it was to do the cleaning! Since I'm a performer, I spend a lot of time on the road away from home. As my kids get older, they seem to want to mess the house up even more. It's not just mess that they cause anymore; they also make everything dirty which isn't the environment I want my new born to be in. Rather than admit defeat with the mess in my home, I decided to call in reinforcements. Cleaners Balham were able to provide the exact support I needed for the mess in my house. The mess had been building up over time and each attempt I took at eliminating it ended in failure. Their team were able to do what I couldn't though they had the skills, the knowledge and the equipment to fight every speck of dust and dirt, all stains, clutter, litter and more. I'm incredibly busy at work and raising the kids doesn't leave much time for cleaning. I must have been sat about in utter filth before, because you have no idea how much cleaner my flat now it. Knowing that you will have strangers in the house sometimes makes things a little difficult in terms of finding a new cleaning company, especially if you had a difficult time with the last team! If you are concerned that trust is going to be difficult to get sorted, then you should talk to Cleaners Balham, they have been absolutely excellent for me recently! It's hard to get used to a new presence in the house, but these guys made everything extremely easy for me, and I was really pleased with the service they gave as well!

I hired Cleaners Balham to perform a furniture and sofa cleaning. I had stains on my furniture and upholstery that I needed removed. I had no luck with household cleaners and needed cleaning experts to really do the job for me. I hired Cleaners Balham after hearing a great review from a friend and was immediately impressed with how new my furniture looked. They removed dirt deep within the fibres and made my furniture smell fresh and new. They know exactly how to clean leather and other specific fabrics. What a great job!

I love love LOVE this cleaning company! I honestly don't know how I coped without them and I'm never going to go back to another cleaning service! Looking for a decent domestic cleaner is like looking for a sharp needle in a stack of blunt ones; they all look the same until you try them out! I've had a couple of cleaners who were OK, but I didn't realize that they were not up to my standards until I used Cleaners Balham as this lot were amazing! From bathroom cleaning, to getting the floor cleaning done, there was nothing that these guys seemed unable to do well. The whole house was done very quickly, and I was very pleased with the results.

Generally, I would not have used a cleaner, as I have not been in a job for a while. I took a new position on recently however, and found that I really don't have time to do any cleaning, so thought I'd give a cleaner a go. Given that I'm making a little more money for the household now, I felt like the expense would be worth the time it saves, and I was surprised to find that Cleaners Balham are actually a lot cheaper than I thought they would be, which is excellent news.

The day I finally got around to hiring Cleaners Balham is one I will certainly not forget in a hurry. We had recently been on a weekend break to Paris and came home to discover that a burst pipe had caused a great deal of water damage to the lower floor of our house. After sorting out a plumber and saving as much as we could (nightmare!) our thoughts turned to how on earth we were going to clean up the mess that the water had made. I was in desperate need of someone to clean up a flat of mine at short notice. I had some tenants moving in and the previous occupants had left it in a not ideal condition. I had very particular needs when it came to cleaning my home so I was unsure if any firm would be able to meet them. Balham Cleaner did however, because they care about their customers. They listened to me over the phone and recommended and supplied me with what I needed, based off my desires. This meant I got the right amount of staff, coming at the time I wanted on the intervals I wanted. They did what I wanted them to, cleaning what needed to be done and making my home how I longed for it to be. Not many other companies would go this far for their customer so they have my gratitude.
